Normandy Welcome DAY 2022

La Région Normandie, en partenariat avec les établissements d’enseignement supérieur normands, organise une journée spéciale pour tous les étudiants internationaux, le "Normandy Welcome Day", le jeudi 31 mars 2022, au WIP à Colombelles (14).

Au programme :

• 15h : départ du Havre
• 17h : accueil sur site, distribution de goodies
• 17h30 : animations, jeu concours ;
• 18h30 : cocktail dînatoire ;
• 19h35 : Karaoké, DJ Set, Concert.

Des cars gratuits conduiront les étudiants au départ et au retour d’Alençon, Cherbourg, Le Havre et Rouen.

Pour participer, une inscription est indispensable avant le 16 mars sur la plateforme Normandy Welcome Day 2022

Allégement des consignes sanitaires :
Suite aux annonces gouvernementales, les mesures sanitaires vont s’assouplir. Une bonne nouvelle pour le Normandy Welcome Day, puisque le pass vaccinal ne devrait plus être exigé.

Welcome to Normandy !

Normandy Regional Council, in partnership with the higher education institutions, organizes a special day for all the international students, the "Normandy Welcome Day", on Thursday, March 31st, 2022 at the WIP in Colombelles (14).

3.00 PM : departure from La Havre
5.30 PM : activities, games, Normandy discoveries
6.30 PM : Cocktail dinner
7.35 PM : karaoké, DJ Set, concert

Free buses will drive students from Alençon, Cherbourg, Le Havre and Rouen.

To participate, registration is compulsory, before 16th March, on the dedicated plateform Normandy Welcome Day 2022

Following government announcements, health measures will be relaxed. Good news for Normandy Welcome Day, since the vaccination pass should no longer be required.
