IT support is provided by the university’s Information Systems Department (DSI).

For any incident:

  • Staff: log in to the ENT, then in the “Assistance” menu, select “Request intervention”, “Add a ticket” and enter your request, which will be automatically forwarded to DSI members.
  • Students: please contact the administrative office of your faculty, department, service or laboratory, which will submit the intervention request on your behalf.

The university provides you with a range of self-service or educational computer rooms, designed to facilitate your access to the school’s computer network and digital services.

In addition, a hundred public computer workstations are also available at the University Library. Don’t forget them!
