Rates and registration

As a student at Université Le Havre Normandie, you can benefit from attractive rates for the activities offered, subject to availability. Thanks to the CVEC, a €20 discount applies to your first registration for a sports activity.

Payment can be made by bank card, by cheque payable to the accounting officer of Université Le Havre Normandie, or via Paybox for online registrations. Payment with the “Atouts Normandie” card, up to €30, is only possible in person.

To register, go to the SUAPS platform.

For strength training (free of charge), session registrations are made online via the Affluences platform.

For high-risk activities such as boxing, weightlifting, scuba diving and rugby, a medical certificate stating no contraindication to practising the discipline will be required. Registrations for these sports must be completed directly at the SUAPS desk.

Please note that a half-rate fee applies from 1 February onwards, excluding partner clubs.

Practical information

All registrations are final and no refund requests will be accepted, so please check your timetable carefully.

All activities are subject to a minimum of 12 registered participants. The activity will be cancelled if the number of students attending is insufficient.

For activities organised by semester or as short courses, a second registration will be required at the end of January if you wish to continue the activity.

During the year, class times may be changed and groups may be merged to adapt to lower attendance. Please regularly check the SUAPS/ASUH notice boards in the university gymnasium.

Bonus grade

All activities are eligible for bonus grading. Students must request this when registering, either online or in person, by ticking the appropriate box. They must also inform their academic administration office.

To validate the bonus grade, students must:

  • Attend at least three quarters of the classes and be present during the assessment period.
  • For strength training, students wishing to be assessed must choose an assessment time slot at the SUAPS office and attend the same time slot, at the same time, every week.
