Option 1: if you are enrolled in French higher education

If you are a French or foreign student enrolled in a French higher education institution, a European student or a non-European international student residing in a country that is not part of the Études en France procedure (see list of countries below): you must submit an application on the e-candidat platform

Option 2: if you live in a country with a Études procedure in France

If you are a non-European international student residing in a country subject to the Etudes en France procedure (see list of countries below): you must submit an application on the Etudes en France platform
