Option 1: if you are enrolled in higher education
If you are a French student or an international student enrolled in a French higher education institution, and the qualification required for admission to Master 1 is a French diploma at Bac + 3 level or equivalent, you must apply on the Mon Master platform.
Option 2: if you live in a country that does not have a Études procedure in France
If you are a European student or a non-European international student residing in a country that does not have an Etudes en France procedure (see list of countries below), the qualification required for access to Master 1 is a Bac + 3 diploma or equivalent: you must apply on the Mon Master platform.
Option 3: if you live in a country with a Études procedure in France
If you are a non-European international student residing in a country where the Études en France procedure applies (see list of countries above), the qualification required for access to Master 1 is a Bac + 3 diploma or equivalent: you must submit an application on the Études en France platform.
