Applying for a Master’s degree in Teaching and Education (M2E)
Updated on: 10/06/2026With the reform of teacher training, Master 1 MEEF 1 will not be open at the start of the 2026-2027 academic year. It will be replaced by an M2E “professorat des écoles” Master’s degree, access to which in 2026 will be exclusively reserved for those who have passed the CRPE competitive entrance exam (not open to non-winners).
In addition, there will no longer be a Master’s course in English at the University of Le Havre, and the M2E course in English teaching will be based exclusively at Mont-Saint-Aignan.
However, you can still apply:
- In Master 2 MEEF 1, for the year 2026-2027 only, via e-candidat on the INSPE website: apply. You must specify and prioritize the desired training center(s): Le Havre, Rouen or Évreux.
