Applying for a Master’s degree in Teaching and Education (M2E)
Updated on: 10/06/2026With the reform of teacher training, Master 1 MEEF 1 will not be open at the start of the 2026-2027 academic year. It will be replaced by an M2E « professorat des écoles” Master’s degree, access to which in 2026 will be exclusively reserved for those who have passed the CRPE competitive entrance exam (not open to non-winners).
In addition, there will no longer be a Master’s course in English at the University of Le Havre, and the M2E course in English teaching will be based exclusively at Mont-Saint-Aignan.
However, you can still apply:
- In Master 2 MEEF 1, for the year 2026-2027 only, via e-candidat on the INSPE website: apply. You must specify and prioritize the desired training center(s): Le Havre, Rouen or Évreux.
