Université Le Havre Normandie awarded "HR Excellence in Research" label
On July 22, 2024, the Université Le Havre Normandie was awarded the “HR Excellence in Research” label by the European Commission. This distinction underlines the university’s commitment to transparent, fair recruitment and attractive working conditions for researchers.
This recognition is part of the HRS4R (Human Resources Strategy for Researchers) strategy, to which the university has fully subscribed. The action plan drawn up is based on extensive consultation with teaching and research staff, doctoral students and administrative staff, and reflects a collective desire for continuous improvement.
The label recognizes the efforts made to enhance the attractiveness, ethics, quality of working life and harmonization with European research standards. It is also in line with the establishment’s priorities in terms of social responsibility, sustainable development and international openness.
