All work-study degrees offered by the University of Le Havre Normandie are state-approved and are part of the LMD [Licence-Master-Doctorat] system and/or are listed in the RNCP (Répertoire national de la certification professionnelle). Combined with on-the-job experience, they provide students with a rewarding, qualifying and rewarding career path, helping them to integrate into the workforce.
For all our training courses, the teaching teams are made up of university lecturers, teachers, engineers, technicians and temporary professionals recruited on the basis of their CVs.
For the company, the work-study program is an opportunity to support a young person in his or her training, to train him or her in the company’s practices and methods, to share experience and knowledge with him or her, and often to recruit him or her afterwards.
