Registration at the University of Le Havre Normandie is dematerialized, so administrative formalities are carried out exclusively online, from July 1 at 9am to July 17 at 3pm, reopening on August 17 at 9am. Please note that administrative registration must be completed before the start of classes, as it is a prerequisite for student enrolment. It gives access to the University Library, digital resources and the university e-mail address.
