Option 1: if you are enrolled in French higher education

Are you a high school or university student in France, a European high school or university student, or a non-European student already enrolled in higher education in France? You need to put together a file and make your wishes known on the Parcoursup platform.

Option 2: If you are a repeat student

Are you a repeat student at Le Havre Normandie University? You must re-register directly via apoweb – the platform is scheduled to open on July 1, 2026.

Option 3: if you live in a country where the Etudes en France procedure applies

Are you a non-European international student living in a country with a “Studies in France” procedure? Youmust apply on the Études en France” platform

Option 4: if you live in a country outside the Etudes en France procedure

Are you a non-European international student living in a country not covered by the “Études en France” procedure?
– for L1 You must submit a Demande d’Admission Préalable (white file) to the French embassy in your country of residence.
– for a GOAL 1 You must apply on the Parcoursup platform.

Option 5: if you have never enrolled in French higher education

You are a non-European international student residing in France and never enrolled in a French higher education course:
– for L1 You must submit a Demande d’Admission Préalable (green file) to the university of your choice n°1 or the one closest to your place of residence.
– For a BUT1 You must apply on the Parcoursup platform.
