Presidency, cabinet and general management

The President

Université Le Havre Normandie is led by Pedro LAGES DOS SANTOS, its President. The President manages the university with the support of the three councils: the Board of Directors, the Education and University Life Committee, and the Research Committee.

The General Directorate of Services

The General Directorate of Services (DGS) is headed by Yann CHEVALLEREAU. The DGS is responsible for managing, organising and ensuring the proper functioning of the university’s administrative, financial and technical services as a whole.

The Office of the Presidency

The office is headed by Juliette LE LUYER. The Office of the Presidency of Université Le Havre Normandie supports the Presidency in defining and implementing institutional strategies, by coordinating actions related to governance and internal and external relations. It also monitors the university’s key projects, facilitating communication and cooperation with local, regional and international stakeholders.
