International students – Differentiated fees for non-EU students
In accordance with the decision of the University’s Board of Governors on March 9, 2023, for the 2025-2026 academic year, all non-EU students enrolled at the Université Le Havre Normandie for the 2024-2025 academic year who so request may benefit from a partial exemption from tuition fees equivalent to those paid by EU students.
As a result: the tuition fees for non-EU students who were not enrolled at the University of Le Havre Normandie in 2024-2025 and who do not fall into the various categories of students not concerned by the differentiated fees mentioned in the decree of April 19, 2019 will be :
- 2895 euros for enrolment in a Licence, DUT, BUT, licence professionnelle and cycle préparatoire au diplôme d’ingénieur (engineering diploma preparatory course)
- 3941 euros for enrolment in a Master’s degree or engineering diploma (excluding preparatory courses)
For these students, it will not be possible to benefit from a partial exemption from these fees.
Registration fees for non-EU students enrolled at Le Havre Normandie University in 2024-2025 will be :
- 178 euros for enrolment in bachelor’s degrees, DUTs, BUTs, professional bachelor’s degrees and preparatory courses for engineering degrees
- 254 euros for a Master’s degree
- 628 euros for engineering diploma registration (excluding preparatory cycle)
