The “Campus, territories of culture” framework agreement

The “Campus, territories of culture” framework agreement reaffirms the commitment of the Ministries of Higher Education and Culture to promoting access to culture for students. Signed by the two ministries, France Universités and the réseau des œuvres universitaires in 2024, it strengthens the links between universities, Crous and local cultural players.

In support of what already exists, it draws attention to the need for a cultural department and a vice-president of culture in each establishment.

It aims to build bridges to facilitate access to culture for all. The university plays a central role in this scheme, through its role in training, production, creation and artistic and cultural dissemination.
